The Full Garden is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. The price is shown in the app before you buy, and there are no subscriptions. The unlock supports Apple Family Sharing and can be restored free of charge on your devices via Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
