Sub Cue stores everything on your device. There is no cloud storage of your subscription data, no usage tracking, no sharing with advertisers or third parties — you keep complete control over your information.
Zero Data Collection
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on our servers. The app works completely offline; the only network use is the initial download and App Store purchases.

Complete Control Over Your Data
- • With SubCue Pro or Lifetime Access, manually import a SubCue Backup or export in SubCue Backup, CSV, TSV or TXT formats
- • Exports include subscription details, monthly activity, star ratings, business flags, and spending history
- • Delete all data at any time, or reset onboarding to start fresh
- • Basic records remain after paid access ends; premium-only notes, custom categories and monthly-activity overrides are cleared, so export a backup beforehand if you need them
Backup
If you have app-data backup enabled in your device settings, your Sub Cue data is included in your iCloud device backup, managed by Apple. Manual import and export, including TXT, require SubCue Pro or Lifetime Access.
